I've been here for a month now and I have loved it so far. This is my first time living on my own and Lindsay made the transition ... very easy for us. Lindsay has been a great help anytime we are in need! The maintenance has also been a great help and our neighbors around are friendly. This apartment is a great place to call home!
If you are looking for a place to rent in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids that is a modern space with great value this ... is the place for you. The staff is super friendly, the common areas are very clean and easily accessible, and individual apartments provide a perfect space to live. The location is awesome as you are walking distance to all things downtown as well as surrounding neighborhoods. You will not regret living in the Lofts.
